To get started, you’ll need to create an account. Once your account is set up, simply log in whenever you wish to submit a ticket or check your ticket’s status. Keep in mind that you’ll receive email updates whenever there’s progress on your ticket. Upon logging in, you’ll arrive at your dashboard. Here, you can easily submit a new ticket and review all your pending ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a quick glance, you can track which tickets are currently open, those that have been resolved, and the ones where our support team has provided a response<\/p>\n\n\n\n
