Keep in mind that you’ll receive email updates whenever there’s progress on your ticket. Upon logging in, you’ll arrive at your dashboard. Here, you can easily submit a new ticket and review all your pending ones.
With a quick glance, you can track which tickets are currently open, those that have been resolved, and the ones where our support team has provided a response
